Posh & Poised Boutique Return Policy
At Posh & Poised Boutique, we are committed to providing quality products and an exceptional shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to offer store credit under the following conditions:
Returns & Store Credit
Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for store credit only.
To qualify for store credit, items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and unused
- Free of makeup, deodorant, perfume, and pet/human hair
- In original condition with all tags attached
- Returned within 14 days of delivery
Once your return is received and inspected, a store credit will be issued via email. Store credits never expire and may be used toward any future purchase.
Final Sale Items
The following items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or store credit:
- Sale or clearance merchandise
- Bodysuits
- Undergarments
- Swimwear
- Accessories
- Jewelry
- Handbags
- Gift cards
- Any item marked "Final Sale"
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at poshnpoised@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue.
We will gladly review the situation and provide a replacement, exchange, or store credit when appropriate.
Shipping Costs
Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless an error was made by Posh & Poised Boutique.
